Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears. Processing means picking, packing, and handing your order to the carrier. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.
Carriers and transit times
Standard-size items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Transit time depends on your distance from the warehouse and the carrier’s own schedule; the estimate shown with your tracking number is the most accurate source. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Oversized items and freight
Some of what we sell is big. Full-size racks, bumpers, and other oversized items may ship by freight carrier (LTL) instead of a parcel carrier. Freight shipments work a little differently:
- The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery, so make sure your phone number at checkout is one you answer.
- Freight delivery is curbside. Getting the item from the curb to your garage is up to you, so have a hand ready for heavy pieces.
- Inspect the shipment before you sign. Note any dents, tears, or crushed packaging on the delivery receipt, and refuse delivery if the damage is serious. Signing clean makes freight damage claims much harder.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but nothing showed up, contact us through the contact page as soon as you can. Keep the packaging and take photos of any damage. We will handle the carrier claim and get a replacement or refund moving; you should not have to fight a shipping company yourself.
Address changes and delays
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us immediately. We can update an address any time before the order ships, but once it is with the carrier we are limited to what the carrier allows. Carrier delays caused by weather or peak season are outside our control, but if a package looks stuck, reach out and we will chase it.
Questions
Anything unclear, ask through the contact page or at support@maxtoffroad.com before you order. We would rather answer a question up front than untangle a shipment later.
