Who you are buying from
This store is operated by Maxt Offroad LLC, based in Idaho, United States. You can reach us any time through the contact page or at support@maxtoffroad.com. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Independent dealer
Maxt Offroad is an independent dealer for the brands we carry. The products we sell are made by those brands and bought through each brand’s own dealer channel. We are not the manufacturer, we are not owned by any manufacturer we represent, and we do not speak for them. Brand and product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the genuine products we sell.
Pricing and availability
Prices and availability can change without notice. We work to keep the catalog accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will contact you with the option to wait, substitute, or receive a refund.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your items, not when you check out or receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order before shipment for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock problems. If we cancel, you get a full refund of anything you paid.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch our servers.
Fitment
You are responsible for verifying that a product fits your machine before ordering. Our fitment data, including model year ranges, comes from the manufacturer’s published specifications. We cannot guarantee it against mid-year production changes, prior modifications to your machine, or errors in the manufacturer’s data. If you are unsure about fitment, ask us through the contact page before you buy. Returns caused by fitment mistakes are handled under our Returns and Refunds policy.
Off-road use and product safety
The products we sell are accessories for off-road vehicles. Off-road riding is inherently dangerous. You are responsible for correct installation, for confirming that every product is properly secured before use, and for operating your machine safely and within its limits. Accessories can change how a vehicle handles, its weight distribution, and its ground clearance. We recommend professional installation for structural items such as racks, bumpers, and roll cage accessories. Always follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions and your vehicle maker’s guidelines.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxt Offroad LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the products sold here, including damages from off-road use, improper installation, or use of a product in a way it was not designed for. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
Warranties
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty from the brand that made them, subject to that manufacturer’s terms. See our Returns and Refunds page for how warranty claims are handled. Except for that manufacturer warranty, products are provided as is to the extent permitted by law.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login credentials private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that ends up in court will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.

If something goes wrong, contact us before anything else. Most problems are a mispick, a shipping issue, or a fitment question, and we fix those quickly. Reach us through the contact page or at support@maxtoffroad.com.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
