Already running a RotoPax pack mount and wishing it locked? You don’t need a whole new mount. This is the handle by itself, and it swaps into the base you already own.
Pull your existing handle, thread this one in, and you have a locking mount. The shape gives you more tightening power than a plain handle, which matters when you are cinching a full pack down before a rough section of trail. Security comes from the upgraded DuraSafe lock cylinder, and it ships with a rubber dust cover that caps the keyway so grit and water stay out of the mechanism. That cover is the whole reason this GEN 2 version exists: a cylinder that stays clean is a cylinder that still turns three seasons from now.
