Overview
This is SuperATV’s Cargo Rack Alpha for the Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000. The KRX is short on places to put things. This gives you a steel platform above the bed that also carries a spare, and it lifts out of the way on gas struts when you need the bed.
Which KRX it fits
Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000, 2020 and newer, and the four seat Teryx KRX 4 1000, 2023 and newer. Other Teryx models are not listed for this rack. Racks for other machines are in UTV cargo racks.
Do you need a rack over the bed
If your rides are a few hours with a small cooler, the stock bed is enough. A rack earns its place when you carry a spare, camp out of the machine, or pack for a group. Keep the load inside the 75 lb cargo load capacity. SuperATV does not say whether the spare is counted in that figure, so add its weight to whatever else goes up top.

Installation
The rack goes on with clamps and brackets. Set them loosely with a helper holding the platform, check that the rack is centered and sits level, then tighten. Work the lever a few times with nothing on the rack so you know how the latch feels when it is fully home.
FAQs
Does it fit the KRX 4?
Yes. The Teryx KRX 4 1000 is listed from 2023 and newer.
Does it take away bed space?
No. The rack sits above the bed and raises on its struts when you need to load underneath.
Will it block my rear view?
SuperATV says the rack does not obstruct the rear view. Tall cargo or a spare on top can, so load with that in mind.
What holds it down on rough trail?
A lever latch. SuperATV says it keeps the rack from bouncing out of place.
