Overview
The Maverick R is a lot of machine to leave unprotected up front. This Kemimoto maverick r front bumper is a pre-runner style front end built from 38mm diameter tube with a 2mm wall, which is the spec that decides whether a bumper flexes or holds when you clip something at speed.
The finish is black powder coat over the steel, not just black paint, and that difference shows up after a season of mud, road salt, and pressure washing. Powder holds its color and resists rust in the kind of weather that eats a painted tube from the inside of a weld.

The center section carries a 9mm oval adjustable hole for auxiliary lights, so a light bar or a pair of pods is a later decision rather than a drilling job. Mounting uses four pre-drilled holes already on the vehicle, and the bumper is light enough to hang solo.
