Overview
Zippers are the first thing to fail on a set of soft UTV doors, and the Tusk Zipperless Upper Door Kit gets rid of them entirely. Instead of a zipper that jams with dust and gives out in the cold, these upper doors use a self-aligning magnetic closure that pulls the door shut and lines it up on its own. They open and close in a second, which matters when the weather flips from a cold morning to a hot afternoon on the same ride.
Because there is no zipper to fight, the doors are easy to work in an emergency and simple to roll up and stow when you want them out of the way. The material is UV tested so it holds its color in the sun, and cold-crack tested so it stays flexible when temperatures drop. The kit fits Polaris RZR S 900, S 1000, XP 1000, and XP Turbo models.
