Diesel machines need the same spare-fuel habit as gas ones, just in a pack that is clearly not gasoline. This 2 gallon diesel pack keeps that reserve on the rack instead of in a jug that tips over every time you hit a wash. Same flat mount idea, different fluid, different shell labeling.
It is CARB/EPA 50-state compliant and backed by a 10 year leak free guarantee. Mounts are sold separately: any RotoPax pack mount bolts it to a bed rack, cage plate, or tire carrier. Color and molded labeling keep it from getting mixed up with gasoline or water packs on the same rig, which matters when you are pouring by headlamp at the end of a long day.
Do not put gasoline in it. Do not put diesel in a gasoline pack. The whole point of separate shells is that you never have to guess which fluid you are holding when gloves are on and light is bad.
