Overview
These are Assault Industries rock sliders for the two seat Polaris RZR Pro R. The Pro R is built to be pushed hard, and when you misjudge a rock at speed, the rockers and lower panels pay for it. These aluminum sliders take that contact so the body does not.
Which RZR it fits
Polaris RZR Pro R, 2022 and newer. The fitment notes say these sliders work with SuperATV skid plates and with the factory skid plate.
Running the four seat Pro R 4? It needs the rock sliders for the RZR Pro R 4. The RZR Turbo R is a different machine with its own listing: rock sliders for the RZR Turbo R.
Aluminum or steel
On a machine like the Pro R, weight counts. Aluminum keeps the added weight down and does not rust under the powder coat if it gets chipped. What you give up is stiffness: a big hit can leave a lasting dent in aluminum, and a trailside welder is less likely to be able to repair it. If your riding is fast desert and trail work with the odd rock strike, aluminum is the sensible pick. Installation
The kit includes all the hardware and is cut to the Pro R body. The listing does not say which mounting points it uses, so read the instructions before you start. Thread the bolts by hand, line the panel up, then tighten them evenly. Give the hardware another look after the first few rides.
