Overview
The Defender’s bench is wide, flat and sitting directly under whatever your dog tracks in. These Can-Am Defender seat covers are cut from scratch-resistant 1680D oxford, which handles claws, boot heels and gear sliding across the cushion without leaving a mark on the foam underneath.
Water resistance is the other half of the job. Mud, rain and snow bead on the surface instead of soaking in, so a wet ride does not turn into a wet seat for the next three days. The fabric is odorless, does not fray, does not wrinkle and holds its shape season after season.
Fit is handled by hook and loop fasteners plus an elastic hem that pulls each panel snug to the seat. Kemimoto swapped the old bottom-cover buckles for hook and loop, so there is nothing brittle underneath to snap off, and getting the covers on or off is faster than it used to be.
