Overview
The Maverick R showed up with a lot of machine and not much overhead cover. This bolt-on panel fixes that in one piece.
It is cut from 0.079-inch aluminum, thick enough to take a branch strike and shed rain, sun, and trail debris without complaint. The line across the top is low and wing-shaped, so it follows the factory body style instead of sitting on the cage like an afterthought. Rubber pads on the underside press against the frame, cutting down both the rattle and the heat coming through.
Compared to fabric, a Can-Am Maverick R aluminum roof stays put at speed and never needs re-tensioning after a rough weekend.
