Overview
The Maverick R sits tall and wide, which is great until you are stepping down out of it in a parking lot or brushing a rock on a tight line. These steel bars solve both problems with one bolt on part.
The tube measures 38 mm across with a 2 mm wall, so there is real material there rather than thin decorative pipe. Kemimoto finishes them with an electroplated surface coating for corrosion resistance, which matters if your machine lives outside or sees salt and wet trail. Serrated step pads along the top of each bar give your boot something to grip, so the bar works as an entry step as well as a buffer against shallow obstacles.
The shape follows the lines of the R rather than fighting them, so these maverick r rock sliders read as part of the machine instead of an add on. Installation uses pre drilled mounting holes, and the necessary hardware and instructions come in the box.
