Overview
This is SuperATV’s heavy-duty winch mount for the Can-Am Maverick Sport. It is a steel plate, with gussets, that gives a winch a solid place to bolt on.
Which Maverick Sport it fits
Can-Am Maverick Sport 1000, Sport 1000 DPS and Sport 1000R DPS, 2019 and newer. That is the whole list. The four seat Sport MAX is not listed for this plate.

Which winch size
This listing offers four winch sizes: 2500 lb., 3500 lb., 4500 lb. and 6000 lb., or No winch if you already own one. A common rule of thumb is a winch rated for about one and a half times the weight of the machine loaded with people and gear. Mud riding and steep recoveries are the argument for stepping up a size.

Installation
SuperATV describes the install as quick and easy. The maker's information for this plate does not list what hardware comes with it, so check the contents against the instructions before you take the front of the machine apart. If you are adding a winch, disconnect the battery before running the power cables.

Is a winch included?
Only if you choose a winch size. No winch is the mounting plate on its own.
Will a Warn or factory winch bolt to it?
SuperATV says the plate has a bolt pattern for the majority of aftermarket 3500-6000 lb. winches and names Warn, Superwinch and OEM winches. Its text does not mention the 2500 lb. size. Check your winch's bolt spacing before ordering.
Does it fit the Maverick Trail?
