Overview
Sport machines are not built to haul, and the X3 is no exception. This Kemimoto cargo tailgate bolts to the back of the bed and gives you somewhere to secure the stuff that currently rides loose or does not ride at all.
The design curves outward, which is where the added space comes from, and it carries a good number of tie-down points across its width. Coolers, tool bags, recovery gear: strap them in and they stay in, no matter how hard the terrain works the suspension.
Kemimoto builds it out of heavy duty metal, wear and corrosion resistant, then coats it in UV-resistant black powder coat. That finish is doing quiet work every time you park it in the sun or drag it through a mud hole. It is not going to chalk out on you after one season.
Installation is bolt-in. Tighten the screws to attach the enclosure to the cargo bed and you are done. The package includes the bed enclosure, all hardware, and detailed instructions.
