Overview
Handles take abuse. They are the part you grab with gloves on, crank down on with cold hands, and bang against the tailgate when you are in a hurry. If the one on your pack mount is worn out, stripped, or just not giving you enough grip, this is the replacement.
It is a heavy duty T-handle made from anodized aluminum, built to drop into pack mounts you already own. The anodizing keeps it looking right after a few seasons of sun and mud, and the aluminum keeps the weight off a part that lives out on the end of a threaded stud.
Buy it as a spare if you run a lot of packs, or as a straight replacement when a handle finally gives up. Either way it goes on with no other changes to your setup.
