This is Elektric Offroad’s machined billet front winch bumper for the Can-Am Maverick X3. The part you see is billet aluminum with a black hard-anodized finish. The part doing the pulling is a steel winch mount hidden behind it and bolted to the frame.

Elektric Offroad does not list this bumper for the Maverick R.
Billet aluminum or steel
The reason to pick this one is the material. Billet aluminum keeps weight off the front end, and the maker says the hard anodizing resists scratches, fading and corrosion. The winch does not hang on the aluminum. It bolts to the steel mount, and that mount bolts to the frame. Installation
It uses the factory mounting locations and the included hardware. The steel winch mount bolts directly to the frame. Use the wire-routing channels as you go. Tucking the light and winch wiring in while the bumper is loose is far easier than fishing it through afterward.
