Overview
One wiper on a UTV windshield clears a wedge and smears the rest. This rzr xp 1000 glass windshield runs two, and between them they clear over 90% of the glass. Long, easy-grip handles mean you can do it one-handed without letting go of the wheel with the other.
The smarter part is where the wipers sit. They mount at the bottom of the glass rather than the top, so they never collide with a roof frame. If you have ever bought a wiper windshield and then discovered your roof was in the way, that is the problem this solves.
The glass itself is DOT approved laminated safety glass, 7mm thick, held in an aluminum frame with a heavy rubber seal. It is shatter resistant, it does not flex or bow in a strong headwind the way a polycarbonate panel can, and it stays scratch free a lot longer than PC does when sand and brush are involved. A built-in vent gives you the control: open it for fresh air, close it to hold heat and block cold drafts.
