Overview
Two seat machines run a shorter wheelbase, which means you can put the front tire exactly where you want it and then drag the rocker across whatever the rear tire climbs over. That is the hit these bars are built to absorb.
The tubing is 1.5 inch (38mm) heavy duty steel, wearing a UV resistant, non-rust coating that keeps the bar looking like a part rather than a rust stripe after a wet season. Kemimoto redesigned the bar for rigidity over the older pattern, and the coating takes paint fine if orange, blue, red, or white suits your build better than black.
Getting them on is a bolt and a wrench job. These rzr xp 1000 nerf bars reuse the factory bolts already in the machine, so there is no cutting, no drilling, and no permanent change to the chassis. They ship as a left and right pair with hardware and instructions.
