Overview
The Xpedition is built to cover ground, and covering ground means everything the tires find ends up somewhere. This Kemimoto kit handles both ends of the machine in one order, adding coverage at the front and rear so mud, rock and debris stay off the body and out of the undercarriage.
Every panel is molded from impact-resistant material chosen for the kind of use an Xpedition actually sees: long days, mixed terrain, and weather that does not cooperate. Nothing here is thin trim plastic waiting to crack the first time a rock finds it.
The kit is cut specifically for the Xpedition body, so the panels follow the factory lines instead of sitting proud or leaving gaps at the edges. That means a clean look on the machine and, more practically, no open seams for spray to sneak through. The wider stance reads aggressive on the trail too, which is a fair bonus for a functional part.

These Polaris Xpedition fender flares fit the Xpedition XP and XP 5 from 2024 forward, and the Xpedition ADV and ADV 5 from 2024 forward. Note that this kit ships on a longer lead time than most, so plan the install around it.
