Overview
Digging through a toolbag in the dark with a phone in your teeth gets old fast. This Kemimoto dome light straps to your roll cage and puts usable white light down into the cab, the footwells, or whatever you are working on at the tailgate.
Power works two ways. A built-in 600mAh battery gives you about two hours off the cage with no wiring at all, and a 110 inch cable ties it into your machine’s 12V system when you want it always on. A full recharge takes about 1.7 hours. Three modes cover general cab lighting down to something dimmer for camp.
The body is 6063 aluminum, impact and scratch resistant, with an IP65 seal and an operating range from -40C to 60C. Rated life is over 50,000 hours. A 15.7 inch strap wraps roll bars from 1.25 inch to 2 inch, the rubber base keeps it from walking around on rough ground, and screws are there if you want it permanently fixed.
