Overview
The Maverick R already has one of the more aggressive front ends in the class. These Kemimoto fang lights lean into it, adding a lit accent along the nose that reads as a daytime running light in the day and a flowing amber turn signal when you flip the stalk.
That flowing sweep is the useful part. A signal that animates across the fang catches a following rider’s eye faster than a blinking dot, which matters on a dark two-track or when you are pulling onto a road at the end of the day. The white DRL side just makes the machine easier to pick out of a group.
Housings use PMMA and PC, chosen for light transmission and heat resistance so they hold up to sun, cold mornings, and the general abuse of an open front end. Sealing is IP65, which covers rain and washdowns. LED beads keep the current draw low and the service life long compared to a filament bulb, and the kit ships with the harness you need.
