Overview
Roof-mounted bars are great until you want light down low where the ruts and rocks live. Mounting a bar on the X3 shock tower drops the beam to hood height, which fills in the shadowed ground your roof bar shoots straight over.
The 10 inch bar mixes spot and flood optics in one housing. The spot section reaches out down the trail, the flood section widens the near field so you can read the terrain right in front of the tires. Together it is a noticeably clearer picture at speed than either pattern alone.
The Kemimoto mounting bracket is 4.7mm sheet metal with a black powder coat, thick enough to hold its shape when a rock finds it. It installs on the shock tower using the original bolts, so there is nothing to drill and nothing to fabricate. The kit includes a wiring harness with a rocker switch and the 10 inch LED light bar itself.
