Overview
These are SuperATV’s convertible cab enclosure doors for the Can-Am Defender HD9. Run them as full doors to keep wind and rain out, slide the window open for air, or take the top half off and run them as half doors when the weather turns warm.
Which Defender it fits
Can-Am Defender HD9, HD9 DPS, HD9 DPS Cab and HD9 XT, 2022 and newer. Fitment note: these doors do not work with OEM glass windshields. If your HD9 has the factory glass windshield, plan around that before you order. The HD9 MAX crew cab is not listed for this set. Other models are in UTV doors.
Convertible or half doors
If you ride through the cold months or want a dry cab, the convertible doors earn their place, and you can still strip them back to half doors in summer. Pair them with a roof and a windshield so the cab actually closes up. If you never need a sealed cab, the aluminum half doors for the HD9 or the HDPE half doors for the HD9 are the simpler route.

Installation
SuperATV describes the install as quick. Hang the doors, then adjust them so the bulb seal compresses evenly all the way around, which is what stops leaks and wind noise. To go from full to half door, remove the bolts the instructions call out and unhook the gas strut; for the most airflow the lower section can come off as well. Clean the polycarbonate with warm water, mild soap and a microfiber cloth. Skip glass cleaner and anything with ammonia or alcohol, and never wipe it while it is dusty.

Will they work with my factory glass windshield?
No. The fitment note says these doors do not work with OEM glass windshields.
Can I lock the doors?
Yes. The latches are key locking.
Are the mirrors included?
Yes. Bolt on side view mirrors come with the doors.
Is the polycarbonate scratch proof?
No panel is. The XR Optic hard coating resists scratches, and cleaning it the right way keeps it clear longer.
