Overview
These are Elektric Offroad’s Volt rock sliders for the two seat Can-Am Maverick R. They put heavy duty steel in front of the rocker panels and frame sides, and they add a step, which helps on a machine that sits as tall as this one.
Which Maverick R they fit
Can-Am Maverick R, 2024 and newer, including the Maverick R X, the R X RS and the R X RS with Smart-Shox. This is the two seat set. The four seat Maverick R MAX is not listed for it and has its own sliders: see the Assault Industries rock sliders for the Maverick R MAX.
One exception to know about. Elektric Offroad’s fitment note says 2026 Maverick R XRC models require drilling because of chassis differences. The XRC is not in our fitment list, so ask us before you order for one.
Why a step matters here
Most sliders are only there to take a hit. This set also gives you a place to put your foot. Elektric Offroad points out that the Maverick R sits tall, and the step is meant for getting in the cab, loading gear and reaching the roof. If shorter passengers ride with you, or you climb in and out all day, that is the reason to pick a slider with a step over one without.

Installation
On the machines listed above this is a bolt on install with the supplied hardware. The 2026 Maverick R XRC is the exception, where the maker says drilling is required. Start all the bolts by hand, set the slider level, then tighten.

Will they fit a Maverick R MAX?
The MAX is not on the fitment list. This set is for the two seat Maverick R. The MAX listing is linked above.
Do I have to drill?
Not on the machines in the fitment list. The maker's note says 2026 Maverick R XRC models require drilling.
Is the step slippery when it is muddy?
The stepping surface is grip plated, which Elektric Offroad says is there for footing with wet or muddy boots.
Will they fit a Maverick X3?
The X3 is not on the fitment list. It is a different machine.
