Overview
This is SuperATV’s Outfitter bed rack for the Polaris Ranger 1000. The Ranger 1000 already has a good bed. This rack is raised over it, so you add a level for cargo without giving up access to the one you have, and the dump bed still works.
Which Ranger it fits
Polaris Ranger 1000 and Ranger 1000 Crew, 2020 and newer.
The Ranger XP 1000 is a different machine and takes the Outfitter bed rack for the Ranger XP 1000. Match the listing to the badge on your machine, not just the engine size.
Shelf, lights and harness
Three choices are on this listing, named as SuperATV names them.
- Style, No Shelf or 1 Shelf: the shelf uses the same powder-coated aluminum and mounts at dedicated locations on the MOLLE panels as another tray for tool boxes, chainsaws or coolers.
- Cube Lights, None or Qty 2: Qty 2 adds lights for the rack’s 2 recessed locations.
- Accessory Kit, No Wiring Harness or 2 Pin Wiring Harness: the harness is SuperATV’s extended LED cube light wiring harness, approximately 20 feet of plug-and-play 18 AWG wire with waterproof connectors, sold as a set of 2. It is only offered together with the lights. SuperATV says a machine with a second row needs it, so Ranger 1000 Crew owners adding lights should pick it.

Installation
Everything for the install comes in the box. Choose the basket height before you start, since that is set by whether you run the Outfitter Roof Rack, and get a second person to steady the basket while the fasteners go in.
FAQs
What do static and dynamic load mean?
Static is the load with the machine parked. Dynamic is the load while you are driving. Pack for the road to the 200 lb dynamic figure and keep the 600 lb static figure for when you are stopped.
Can I still dump the bed?
Yes. SuperATV says you can still use the dump bed with the rack installed.
What can I hang off it?
The T-slots take most 2 inch T-slot accessories, such as tie-downs, D-rings, mounts and hanging hooks. SuperATV also includes hooks for cords, ropes and hoses, and built-in spots for roto decoys or fishing poles.
Will it fit a Ranger XP 1000?
