Overview
If your Ranger or General has the large Lock & Ride anchor slots in the bed, this Kemimoto rack is about a two minute job. The tie down anchors measure 1.4 inches, so the grips lock to the anchors and the anchors drop into the slots. No drilling, no brackets to fabricate.
What you get is a pair of double holders that stand your gear up side by side. Each holder has a steel core under a thick rubber coating, with soft locking fins that flex around what you put in them. Rifles, shotguns, bows, fishing poles, shovels, ice augers, whatever the day calls for. Rubber snubbers drop into different notches, so you can set the grip tighter for a skinny rod or looser for a stock, and they keep things from hopping out when the ground gets bad.
The extended height is deliberate. It holds your gear up off the lip of the bed rather than resting against it, which is what saves finishes on a long day. As a polaris ranger gun rack it works just as well for farm and ranch tools as it does for hunting season.
