Overview
Rear seat passengers in a Crew usually get the worst of the audio. These Kemimoto pods move sound to the back of the roof, tucking into the rear taillight area of your Ranger so the speakers sit up out of the way instead of eating cage space or cargo room.
The enclosures are molded from ABS and finished in a black textured coating that matches the factory roof plastics closely enough that most people will assume the speakers came with the machine. That housing does real work too, keeping dust, sand, grit and water off the back of the driver so the speakers last longer than they would sitting exposed, and holding up to heat and weather without going soft.
Installation is no-drill. The pods locate in the existing rear roof area and secure with the included screws, which puts this in the range of a few minutes with basic hand tools rather than an afternoon project. Because the speakers are captured in the pod, there is no risk of one working loose and dropping into the bed on a rough section.
