Overview
Cold air in the face gets old about ten minutes into a fall ride. A RZR Pro XP full windshield closes the front of the cab so wind, dust, and whatever the front tires throw stays outside where it belongs.
The panel is molded polycarbonate, not glass, and it passes roughly 88% of available light, so you still get a clean look down the trail without the washed out haze cheap panels give you. It is cut to the shape of the Pro XP frame rather than trimmed to fit, and a thickened rubber strip runs the bottom edge so it presses against the hood instead of grinding on it. That is the seam where dust and water usually sneak in, and this one closes it.
The clamps are worth a mention. They are shaped to wrap the roll bar properly instead of perching on it at an angle, which is where the buzzing and rattling normally comes from. Install is a clamp-on job with no cutting, and it comes back off just as fast when the weather turns warm.
- Polycarbonate panel, about 88% light transmission
- Roll bar clamps shaped to sit flush against the cage
- Thickened bottom rubber strip seals to the hood without scratching it
- Fits 2020-2024 Pro XP, Pro XP 4, Pro XP LE, and Turbo R / Turbo R 4
One care note: polycarbonate marks up if you scrub it wrong, so stick with a soft cloth and a gentle cleaner. Do that and this thing outlasts a couple sets of tires.
