Overview
This is SuperATV’s winch mounting plate for the Polaris RZR 800 and RZR 570. It sits behind the front bumper and gives a winch a steel plate to bolt to.
Which RZR it fits
- RZR 800, 2008 to 2014
- RZR 800 S, 2009 to 2014
- RZR 4 800, 2010 to 2014
- RZR 570, 2012 and newer
- RZR 570 S, 2017
The RZR XP 900 is not listed for this plate. The later RZR 900 has its own: the winch mounting plate for the RZR 900. Others are in UTV winch mounts.
Winch size comes first
On this listing you pick a Winch Size before anything else, and that applies even with No winch: the plate is listed separately for a 3500 lb., a 4500 lb. and a 6000 lb. winch. So if you are buying the plate for a winch you already own, choose the size that matches it. If you want the winch with it, the same three sizes are offered. A rule of thumb for choosing is about one and a half times the loaded weight of the machine.

Installation
The plate bolts on with the supplied hardware and sits behind the bumper, so expect to have the bumper loose or off to get at it. Mount the plate, then the winch. Disconnect the battery before you do the winch wiring.

Only if you choose to add one. With No winch you get the mounting plate for the winch size you selected, and its hardware.
Why do I pick a winch size if I am not buying a winch?
Because the plate is listed by winch size. Pick the size of the winch you will bolt to it.
Does it work with the stock bumper?
Yes. SuperATV lists it as mounting behind the factory Polaris RZR bumper or the SuperATV Polaris RZR bumper.
