Overview
The redesigned XP 4 1000 is a great machine that still throws everything the front tires pick up right at the cab. These Kemimoto flares run 8.5 inches wide, far enough past the stock line to fling mud sideways instead of up, so less dust, debris and standing water ends up inside with you.
They are injection molded from high-density polypropylene. That process gives you consistent wall thickness and a panel that holds its shape through heat, cold and repeated impacts, rather than one that softens in summer sun and cracks in a cold snap.
There is a second benefit that shows up over time. Anything the tires throw is either hitting a flare or hitting your body panels, and $30 worth of plastic in front of the spray saves a lot of chipped paint. It also keeps rocks off whoever is riding in the back seats.
