Overview
The gap around the front wheels and steering column on a Wolverine RMAX is where most of the mess gets in. This Kemimoto mudguard set closes those openings with four molded PP panels, so the spray that used to come off the front tires and up through the steering column stops before it reaches you.
PP was the right pick here. It resists corrosion, takes impacts without cracking, and does not go brittle when the temperature drops. That last part matters if you ride cold and wet, which is exactly when this kind of protection earns its keep.
There is a bonus to sealing that area up: less air blowing through the steering column means warmer hands on a cold morning, and less grit coming at your face means you are not squinting through the last mile.
Kemimoto added a fourth panel to this version. The older three-panel layout left the passenger side thinner on coverage, and the extra piece fills it in. Install needs no drilling, and the kit arrives with all four panels, the hardware, and an instruction sheet.

These Yamaha Wolverine RMAX mud guards fit the 2021 Wolverine RMAX2 1000 and RMAX4 1000. They do not fit any Wolverine X2 or X4, and they do not fit the Viking, so check your model before you order.
