Two jobs, one part. These bars shield the lower sides of a four seat ZForce from rock and brush, and the serrated step surface on top gives rear passengers a proper place to put a boot instead of scuffing the bodywork on the way in.
That step is the detail worth pointing at. The serrated pattern keeps footing secure when the bar is wet or caked in mud, which is when you actually need it. It also makes reaching roof cargo a lot less of an adventure.
Underneath the finish is premium grade metal with a 38MM round tube diameter and a 2MM wall thickness, so there is enough material to take an impact without folding. Kemimoto runs an electrophoretic base layer first and then a black powder coat over it, a two layer process that resists rust better than a single coated bar. These zforce 950 sport 4 nerf bars follow the factory lines of the machine, so they look intentional rather than bolted on as an afterthought.
