Overview
Here is the Pioneer problem: put the rear seats up and your bed space disappears. This Kemimoto extender hands 105 liters of that space back, hanging off the tailgate so ladders, small trees and anything else too long for the box has somewhere legitimate to ride.
Q235 steel round tube does the structural work, rated to hold up to 60kg of load. It is anti-corrosion treated and finished in gloss black powder coat, which is the difference between an accessory that looks like it belongs on the machine and one that looks bolted on as an afterthought.
Folds away when you are done
Spring clips let you open and close the extender by hand. Not using it? Fold it flat against the closed tailgate and forget it is there. Need it? Fold it out and the load deck runs long and flat. That toggle is the whole point, because most riders need the extra length some of the time, not all of the time.
