Overview
A cracked tail light lens is one of those things you keep meaning to deal with until the day someone follows you a little too close. This is a direct replacement unit for a wide slice of the Ranger and General lineup, sold one at a time so you can fix the side that actually broke.
Install is plug and play. Unplug the old light, plug the new one in, done. No cutting, no adapters, no refitting the housing, and the whole job runs about five minutes with a screwdriver.
The light works as both a running light and a brake stop light. It does not include a turn signal, so if you are running signals you will keep those on their existing circuit. Ten 3528 LEDs sit behind the lens, brighter and longer lived than a filament bulb at over 30,000 hours. The housing is high-density ABS with a one-piece waterproof shell rated IP65, which handles rain, dust, and the shaking that comes with a rough two-track.
