Overview
New body, same rocks. The 2024 redesign did not make the lower sides of a four seat RZR any less likely to find a ledge, and this steel set gives that whole run something to hit besides bodywork.
Kemimoto builds these from 1.5 inch (38mm) heavy duty steel tubing and finishes them in a UV resistant, non-rust coating, so the bars hold their look through sun and mud instead of blooming rust at the welds. The tube layout was redesigned for rigidity, and the coating takes paint if you would rather run orange, blue, red, or white than black.
Install is the easy part. These 2024 rzr xp 4 1000 nerf bars reuse the four factory bolts already in your machine, so nothing needs to be cut and nothing needs to be drilled. They ship as a matched left and right pair with hardware and instructions.
